Due to all items being handcrafted all sales are final. If merchandise is damaged in shipping please contact us at (904)451-3071.

Cancellation policy

Classes are non refundable. The artists buy supplies and create kits based on registration.  If you have an issue, and notify us prior to 24 hours in advance, we can work with you to transfer your fee to another class.
